In Stock Merchandise:
Usually is processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our fulfillment center) within 3 business days.
the pantless store will let you know before checkout if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.
Standard delivery:
We deliver via U.S. Postal Service for all our shipped goods.
Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.
Returns:
You must first contact the store manager
using the Contact Us link located at the bottom left
for a (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA number
All merchandise received without an RMA number will not be refunded.
All returns must be in original packaging or we can not issue a Return Merchandise Authorization or refund.
Custom orders are non returnable.
On Sale items are non returnable.
